Why We Do It

We believe leadership is like an anvil God uses to mold and shape his people into instruments he can use to advance his kingdom. The Foundry is an environment that will push you into leadership experiences while leading you further into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

"For me, the internship was one of the most significant growth periods for me and my relationship with Christ. I learned an incredible amount about myself and how I was defined in Christ. Not to mention the fact that it was one of the most fun experiences and I was able to build meaningful relationship with people. I learned how to be a leader and how to experience true freedom in Christ. Even though it was incredibly hard and I had to be completely vulnerable, I would do it again in a heartbeat! It changed my life in such a way that I have no choice but to recognize the Lord's hand in that!"
